Don Eucker –
Hired in May 2011 as our General Manager when Rich Stipe retired from Whatcom Farmers Co-op after serving as General Manager for over 27 years. Don is responsible for all company operations and reports directly to the Board of Directors.
John Pogue –
Controller since 2006. John has become a strong asset for Whatcom Farmers Co-op since we have experienced such rapid growth. John also supervises our administrative team of employees.
Bruce Jones –
Since 2001 Bruce has been in charge of Purchasing & Distribution for the Retail Division. This responsibility has helped us manage our growth and controlled our inventory. Our ‘Activant’ system has allowed us to tract our product supply and reduced costs.
Derek Gavette –
Derek was hired in 1985 as a field agronomist and was promoted to Agronomy Division Manager in 2003. Our fertilizer blending facility, our field agronomists, and our custom application services are the ‘backbone’ of our cooperative to the farming operations throughout Whatcom County.
Dave Henderson –
Dave became our Energy Division Manager in 1983. With the merger of Visser Oil Company in 2003, Dave has focused on our Propane business and Kevin Visser has focused on our petroleum business. Propane has been an extremely important portion of the success of our cooperative.
